Yeah , right... for a couple dozen tomatoes... let me see your fingers
after those 500 tomatoes. Oh, they fell off. LOL
Anyway, it's just stupid to prepare 500 tomatoes worth of salsa unless
it's being done commercially... most will spoil before the typical
household can eat all those gallons of salsa
