I know exactly what you're saying. I may wake up in the morning thinking
I'll make X for dinner. By the time the dinner hour is approaching I've
decided I want something completely different. I do keep a lot of staple
ingredients (and frozen veggies) on hand so whatever I decide on is usually
pretty simple in terms of last minute changes.
