I know. That's what I thought. But now I know the "C" word is Chili.

The "F" word is even worse. At first I thought it was "fire
extinguisher." But as usual I was wrong. I've learned. Now I know
now that it's when you attempt to brown 4 pounds of ground beef in a
pot because you don't have a cast iron skillet and then cover it with
4 inches of water.
