Andy, aren't you the one who started the thread that you are concerned
about being diagnosed with diabetes? If so, I suggest you not eat
everything on that menu and limit the starches. No pancakes with maple
syrup, and keep the potatoes to a small portion. One english muffin is
probably okay if you limit the other carbs. Lose the bacon and sausage;
they're nothing but saturated fat.
