That is a lot for brunch. I just got back from my riding lesson and got
showed and changed so it is time to start thinking about what to have ready
for my wife when she gets home from church. Coffee is a must, and either
cranberry or sour cherry juice. I have some nice bacon and breakfast
sausage. I am considering either, muffins, blueberry muffins, pancakes or
waffles. She will probably want an egg. If we keep it relatively simple I
can have brunch every Sunday until the end of the year.
