My clock has been set to the correct time all day.
I see the time that people post as EST (e.g., says that your post was sent
at 7:29--obviously, that's EST, as it's not even 7:00 p.m. in Austin yet).
When I lived in Houston, I viewed the time that people posted as CST. Is
this just an OE thing?
