That won't work. The temperature is too low.

That would work for some grades of steel, but
most molds have aluminum bodies that would be ruined.

If they've only been used for ham, there's no
problem. Transmissable spongiform encephalopathies
have never been found in pigs. Pork is totally
safe from this problem.
