We freeze any bananas we have in danger of going bad. They are great in
smoothies. Blend a frozen banana with some berries and orange juice to
cover. We also dip them in chocolate sometimes, but we specially prepare
those before freezing by shoving a chop stick in the unpeeled banana, then
peeling. Dip them in chocolate--or, more practically, drizzle the melted
chocolate over, then quickly roll in some chopped nuts.
