Default Even Lower Carb Splenda

It's not actually that much.

Remember, it's not the packets poured into a measuring cup, it's the bulk.

The "recipe" for iced tea or Kool-Aid is a cup of sugar for 2 quarts of
beverage.

I use a little less.

If you figure you use one or two packets in a glass or cup of coffee,
it's about the same.
