You'll be fine - four days seems to be the magic minimum, however. I
tried to rush it at three and just wound up with bad sashimi :-)
And to Christine: no word on a June '08 San Diego cookin. Charlie's
our Master Organizer, as you know, although if someone wants to take
this on, I'm sure he'll be more than happy to do much of the on-line
organizing and the DH and I are always happy to host.
