The best compliment I've gotten since I've been in Italy: Scott tried
the famous Neapolitan lasagna and told me sincerely that he likes mine
better. Yours sounds like how I make mine. Noodles, spaghetti-type
sauce, ricotta mixed with parmesan, mozzerella, parseley and egg in the
middle, mozzerella melted on top.
