Pork Chops & Rice
2-4 pork chops
1 can cream of chicken or chicken noodle soup
(I use the latter)
1 cup milk
1/2 raw rice
Salt & pepper
Onion
(more or less for your tatse more here for my family)
Salt & pepper chops & brown chops. Mix soup, milk, rice into 9 x 13 baking dish.
Lay chops on top and lay onion slices on top of chops. Break onion apart into
rings if you like. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour or until chops are done.
