It shouldn't take you 12 hours to prepare a good TG meal! you must be
exhausted by the time of dinner. I'm pretty efficient in the kitchen and
have it down to a nice pleasant routine.
I like to eat early for formal dinners because to me that is part of
what makes them a special day. A simple breakfast than no lunch and an
early dinner about 4.
