Slice thinly, add continental parsley and sliced pink shallots, dress
subtly. Serve with fried morcilla.

This is how sheol and I had it at Bar Lourinha (Melbourne, Australia) the
other night and omg! Best morcilla ever and the fennel salad was the
perfect accompaniment.
