Normal brained folks don't mention it's chilly and then mention they
drink chilly beverages... makes one wonder the voracity of their other

Easy-Peasy... commissaries do this all the time... carefully remove
skin, debone, roll with dark meat on outside, wrap with skin, tie,
season, roast, refrigerate. Next day very easy to slice and serve
with hot gravy.
