I was kind of wondering that my self. Today I canned 10 quarts of
sweet and spicy beans with bourbon using the rest of my Thanksgiving
ham bone. I also water boiled a sweet sour relish with the rest of my
garden peppers (actually peppers, green apples an cabbage). In the
garden, the cabbage plants are growing and the beets are pushing their
tender shoots up through the ground. Kraut and pickled beets are being
created in my winter garden. You all have a nice Christmas. Regards -
