I have developed a taste for it over the years. It took a bit of getting
used to plain yoghurt but it is pretty good with a bit of honey in it, or
some nice sweet fruit. If you don't like yoghurt you probably wouldn't
like Keffir either. There is some efferevensence to it, the result of the
milk fermenting. It is a little rough on the aroma but if you can get it
past your nose it tasted better than it smells, sort of like yoghurt mixed
with soda water. I find it to be like a tonic.
