2 TBL Onions

2 TBL Celery

2 TBL Butter

Sweat above in 2 TBL Butter -



Add

8 Ripe Tomatoes or 1 Large can canned Tomatoes

16 Oz Beef Stock

1 Large Clove Garlic

3 -4 Stalks fresh Thyme

Salt to suit



Cook 30 minutes until Tomatoes are broken down and/or flavors blend
