Default How long re-use frying oil?

Use your own judgment. When it is too dark, too dense, when the food
takes on the flavor of the oil. Some say you can fry a piece of bread in
there and it will absorb odors and flavors. Not that I noticed.

The oil issue is why I stopped using my deep fryer.
