Er, that's such a broad question it cannot be answered specifically.
There are way too many recipes and methods to make salsa that it boggles
the mind. Even in the same town with many Mexican/Hispanic restaurants
(anyplace, anywhere), there will be that many recipes (and then some,
too!) for salsa.

When I make my own salsa, I combine canned tomatoes, chopped chili
peppers, onions, many spices and some herbs, and other stuff. It's all
a matter of a "look-feel" and taste. Good luck with your search.
