I have had Taylor Pork roll once..and I like it better than Spam. But
it is not something I would eat regularly..I find it a bit too salty
for my taste.

And yet I love a good country ham, which is just as salty....

Christine, who has some country ham slices in her pantry and is
wondering what she can do with them...
