I've used the Bonjour "Cookie Factory" cookie press (uses two
C-batteries) for two or three years now. I'm VERY happy it with it. I
make cheese straws with this cookie press, and it's definitely saves my
hands from abuse (IYKWIM). The cheese straw dough is very dense, so the
cookie press won't extrude the dough if it's (the dough) is not at room
temperature. My one complaint is the cookie press 'eats' batteries, so
I purchased some rechargeable C-batteries just for this gizmo. But
otherwise, I really do like this cookie press. And believe me, I've
searched and searched for non-manual cookie presses, and so far, this is
the only one that's fairly decent (IMNSHO).
