Delicious -- thanks for the pictures.

But you got me going -- DH just brought this home. It is $2.99 for each
head at the grocery store, but $2.99 for two at Costco. It keeps a long
time because of the roots. I also put a wet paper two around the roots. It
is very tender, too.
