Never, ever dispose of oil down a sink unless you love plumbers and
their bills. The first bill I paid after moving into my house was to
have the kitchen sink snaked out.... there was a greasy build up on
the pipes that caused the sink to back up. I installed my garbage
disposal a short time later, never pour grease down the sink and have
lived happily ever after.
