This was mentioned in the original thread, (if you had time to read over
550 posts) but of course people's tastes/definitions vary... FWIW, I
consider a roast chicken and veggies 'eating well' - and it's not going
to break the bank. And you get to use the leftover chicken meat for
another meal too - plus you can make stock from the carcass.
Of course if you are the champagne and lobster sort, forgeddaboutit...
