What the hell does it mean? You provided two answers to four questions,
those effectively being:

1. Do they serve phò with luoi bò (beef tongue)?

2. Are Hot & Spicy Chicken the same as gà xào ót?

3. Do they serve éch xào s ót (spicy frog legs with lemon grass)?

4. Do they serve cháo lòng (a kind of congee/jook with various pig's
innards).
