I've been online since 1994 or 95 and rfc is one of the first sites I
subscribed to.
I think many people are hesitant to complain to mfgs. because they think
no one will pay any attention to their complaint or that they are the
only ones who dislike the product. I usually don't complain, I just buy
a different product.
