The ones I have aren't as pretty as hers, but they are easy on knives
and I didn't go into shock when they got their first scratches. I
bought a tray at Sur La Table last week to use as a cutting board
because I hate those grooves on the periphery... but it's so darned
pretty, I hate to cut on it at this point. Maybe I'll use it as a
serving try on NYE for something that needs cutting. After it gets
nicked up, I won't feel bad about using it for what I'd intended.
