Now....what to do. I checked out this blog and got a lot of good
ideas.

The first thing that came to mind was something to do with tequila,
which I will do tonight. ;-)

I'm also going to make a gremolata

@@@@@ Now You're Cooking! Export Format

Gremolata

sauces

1/4 cup fresh parsley; finely chopped
1 large garlic clove; minced
finely grated zest from one lemon

Mix all ingredients together. Typically used with Oso Buco but works
well
with other meats.

Also going to make mayonnaise substituting the vinegar with lemon
juice

Mayonnaise Ester Berkey

sauces/dips

1 egg
1 2/3 cups puritan oil
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon Salt
3/4 teaspoon paprika; or to taste
25 shakes black pepper
3 teaspoons vinegar

Beat egg until _very_ frothy. Add oil slowly until fully mixed with
egg.
Add other ingredients, vinegar last.

I might just sprinkle one with some Lucas (a sweet and sour chamoy
flavored chili powder) and eat out of hand.
