We visited the Tabasco factory in Louisiana a few years ago. IIRC, they
have contract farms growing their species of peppers for them so I don't
know how easy it would be to get them fresh or frozen.

We like Cholula sauce. It's made in Mexico and imported. It has a wooden
top on the bottle. It's hot, but it has more flavor than fire.
