Trimmed fat and sinew, sliced each longitudinally into cutlets,
seasoned with black pepper, salt, and Penzy's adobo, fried to
perfection in olive oil.

The pork roasts were frozen.

Six cats can put a good dent in chicken. The left overs will be used
in other dishes.

That's very cheap for the chicken breasts...Our Boneless Chicken

About $5/lb for chicken in any form is expensive.

6-7/lb roasters are often only 79cents/lb here.

Tonight is the lowest temperature of this winter so far, down to 19F
and falling... perfect weather for chicken soup... and we had a really
nice New Year snow last night:
