a tablespoon of aged balsamic? How "aged" are we talking here?
I bought a small bottle recently ($85, ouch) but haven't opened it to
see how good it is yet as I'm waiting until I get around to getting some
good cheese or fruit to enjoy it on. I'll just be using drops though and
not spoonfuls. I can't afford spoonfuls.
