Buffalo, the endangered red meat?

TJs doesn't carry it anymore.

Whole foods had it in the butcher's back fridge in frozen burger cases but
none out in the public cooler cases.

I haven't been to my third supplier yet.

Are all you foodies eating more buffalo recently?
