My pleasure, smitty! Another thing I like about the Cuisinart is the
way they've encased the heating coils in the bottom of the unit, which
makes the underside very smooth and enormously easier to clean than my
old Farberware (or its predecessor, a Presto, the miserable sumbitch).
Keep us posted on how you like it.
Glad to hear your back's on the mend, as well. I have spinal stenosis
that was caused by a ski accident, so I'm always happy to hear success
stories!
