I didn't say it was exclusive to the US, just that it does indeed exist
in the US.

I didn't claim that either, I only pointed out the results, regardless
of the initiator. Once initiated for a generation or two, it's also self
sustaining due to it's effects.

I didn't claim otherwise, I only pointed out it's existence in the US.
