Nah, I just ripped an estimated amount. If I had to use a drafting table
and use an exacto knife to cut parchment paper to size, I wouldn't be
making my own pizzas!
Maybe that's why I've not made a pizza #2. Well, that and lousy
cholesterol, etc.
