Grilled Ribeye with Blue Cheese
Ingredients:
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup water
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 med. sweet onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
2- 12 ounce Ribeye steaks
1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
Preparation:
Combine first six ingredients in a zip lock style bag. Add the steaks
and marinate covered in refrigerator, for two hours. Grill steak on
one side for 5 - 7 minutes. Turn and top carefully with crumbled blue
cheese. Cover and grill another 5 - 7 minutes or until desired
doneness. Times will vary depending on the heat of your grill.
