I have used some of their recipes lately and have had prepared some
really nice dishes. The latest one is a braised short rib recipe. I
believe they have it in the recipe to be prepared in a slow cooker, but
I've been making it in a dutch oven with great results. I have yet to
use a barolo wine as suggested in the recipe as I'm still too cheap to
use a $30 bottle of wine like that. Heck, we don't usually drink $30
bottles of wine. It does make up well with other red wines though.
