For me, ground beef is fine in a chili with beans (and typically,
tomatoes) but if it's a bean-less, tomato-less chili primarily
composed of chili powder in water/broth, then cubes or chunks
of beef are necessary instead of ground beef.
Perhaps I'm picky. Strike that, I know I'm picky.
