Chile Colorado and Chile Verde both require cubed beef. Texas Bowl
of Red is improved with shredded beef but I've not had complaints
when I've used ground sirloin... The _only_ time someone
complained was when I added kidney beans as a filler because two
families increased the number of dinner guests to twenty.
Actually, it was only _one_ complainer and he's normally a
phallic.
