I just acquired a Reynolds sealer.
THe unit itself appeared to be quite powerful for a battery powered
device.

As for the bags I bought a box of the Gallon size.... Wouldn't hold a
seal. I called Reynolds & they sent me a coupon for a free box.

I Test sealed some dried mangoes and the new bags have held a seal for
about a week.

Final decision - a May be.. I am going to try and adapt the unit to use
a hose and hence the jar attachment. - Reynolds advised against that.
