Valentines Day dinner... was Dinner tonight 13th Feb

By popular demand, I made Singapore chile crab for the Valentine's Day
dinner. I took the day off for bureaucracy and a doctor's appointment,
so I swang past Central Market and asked for a feisty crab. It was
indeed feisty. It fought every inch of the way into the pot, but it did
not die in vain. I served the crab with jasmine rice and a simple
salad. SO approved. Nothing like a fine dinner in the NW.
