There wasn't any mention of sushi in the article - but it was touched
on the fallacy of (some) diets and there were posts in this NG not too
long ago about sushi for people on diet...

I don't know about losing/gaining weight, but I could try the McD
experiment and "force" myself to eat sashimi, hey even sushi every day
for a month. What the heck, I'll even get it supersized and document
my experience.
