I really don't know why I'm debating this issue with you but here goes. I
don't live inside the Memphis city limits; there is no public
transportation. But even if there were, you're assuming a homeless person
has change (or tokens or a bus pass or whatever). Might as well say "catch
a cab". Oh wait, there aren't cabs hanging around my neck of the woods,
either.
