I wouldn't know. Tonight I fixed lemon chicken with rosemary and whole
wheat spaghetti. Probable cost was less than $2.00 for the both of us
including the energy cost to cook. Chicken breast was on sale for 99
cents a lb and I bought 10 lbs, vacuum bagged it and kept in freezer.
That lowered the cost considerably.
