The media shots of the abuse on these animals was enough to send me
down to a little Hindu vegetarian restaurant for lunch today.

Alas, I forgot it was Monday, and they aren't open today! I came back
home, and made a salad instead!

Seriously though - there is much to be concerned about! It appears
the USDA isn't doing it's job of protecting the public! I realize
there's a lot of beef that gets slaughtered and sent to market, and
they can't be everywhere at once!

But it's enough to give us all cause for concern!
