Only in America;-). . .Reminds me of a very large Asian market in my
town. It's manned mainly by Mexicans.

All kidding aside however, maybe that Chinese restaurant you speak
about is actually Vietnamese. The French were hunkered down in
Vietnam for a long spell, before the Americans. That would "possibly"
explain the name?

Vietnamese cuisine has some distinct French influence to it.
