I'm more familiar with prices in the medical district area. A 2
bedroom dump goes for about 900+. Plan on holes in the walls and
ceilings. Anything nice is about 1200. Rehabs start at 1500. You
and I have talked about Berwyn before. A rehabed 2 bedroom starts at
1000, but a young woman has to be pretty careful at night there.
