Sort of in-between. I have been looking for a recipe like this, as I
had one several years ago in the Los Angeles area, made by La Brea
Bakery. It also had dried cherries in it.
I can probably find Nancy Silverton's book Breads from La Brea...which
has it in it, but this is convenient now.
It wasn't really sweet, but enough chocolate and slight sweetness to
complement the chocolate. It is a yeast bread.
Of course, now that I am going to be in the Los Angeles area, I will
try to find it again.

Nursing/medical humor is something else. In some of the worst,
busiest, craziest nights, the humor would ratchet up...become totally
off the wall...sidesplittingly funny. I have been in situations
where you are doing everything you can to save a baby/person and you
are so incredibly busy..and people would be making these off the wall
jokes, remarks, etc. I think it kept us sane.
We were never like that though..in case people wonder, if other than
medical folks were around. But in a NICU, in situations like that, it
was just us medical folks...
I have sometimes laughed so much that I almost wet my pants.
