You can do your dandruff, your skin and make a salad with it. I've never
cooked with it but I would suspect it would be a very delicate oil and one
not well suited for anything involving heat. Perhaps a drizzle on seafood,
or mashed potatoes or something that otherwise you'd use melted butter on.
